Shipping Locations We ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Processing Time Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We use NZ Post courier services with tracking for all orders. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days within New Zealand. Australian deliveries may take longer depending on location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $120 NZD.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

Vinyl Record Packaging We take special care packaging vinyl records using sturdy cardboard mailers and protective packing materials to ensure your records arrive safely.
