1. Faulty or Damaged Records: If you receive a damaged or defective record, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a full refund or replace the item.
2. Out-of-Stock Items: If we're unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability, we'll issue a full refund.

No Returns

Please note that we don't accept returns for:

- Change of mind
- Minor scratches or surface noise (vinyl's natural characteristics)
- Personal preferences
